In this era, we need to approach our customers through an online presence. That’s why we need to use digital marketing as our social presence to customers. We can use digital marketing only to promote our business directly to customers. Today, billions of people are turning to connected devices to help them deal with life and work under lockdown.Â

As we can see, the number of people spending time with devices increased significantly during COVID-19. People are more likely to use smartphones with 79% female users and 74% male users. Therefore, we need to adjust our marketing strategy to get better engagement from customers in the social presence.
There are several strategies that can help a business run well. First, we need to define a digital marketing strategy that will achieve its marketing goals. Most strategic plans will determine which online channels and digital marketing tactics you will use, plus how much you will invest in these channels and tactics. Apart from that, it can help a business to create an effective marketing plan that can increase the number of sales. Second, determine the business value that you want to introduce to customers. Companies also need to identify the marketing mix and targeting options to increase the brand value online. Finally, choose online communication for offline and online options to increase the number of sales.
There are some points to create a digital marketing strategy?
- Establish your brand

Great Blog! I found it very informative, visuals actually aided in my understanding of the content that you were discussing, it really helped. The structure and format was very neat and easy to read. One small critique of the blog however, would be maybe the lack of a personal opinion or maybe a personal anecdote of some kind, to maybe add more credibility and flavour to the blog. Without some sort of personal opinion or reflection it may seem kind of robotic and just a regurgitation of information but apart from that, really enjoyed the read!
